About ETI

As the training branch of EPPA, ETI transfers operational knowledge and hands-on skills related to EU decision-making and European public affairs, by practitioners and for practitioners.

Daniel Guéguen created the European Training Institute in 2005. As the EU’s structure and procedures evolved, transformed and grew more complex, offering vocational training became essential.

ETI’s mission was clear: provide high-quality and high-value executive training courses to professionals engaged in the EU decision-making process. This was the recipe of the institute’s success: in the course of 5 years, ETI became the largest, private training institute on EU affairs based in Brussels, having trained thousands operating in the Brussels bubble, in Europe and beyond.

Drawing on the competences and experience of its in-house experts, ETI delivers comprehensive and operational training courses.

Workshops are fully interactive, allowing for fruitful exchanges of views. Programmes are designed to ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of the EU landscape, and acquire actionable lobbying and communication skills, they can apply directly to their professional role. Participants also receive a copy of ETI's in-house publications, serving as a lasting source for continued learning.
