Workshop: EU Skills & Leadership Power
About the course
This brand-new workshop is designed to boost both your understanding of the EU policy landscape and your ability to lead effectively in complex professional environments.
Working in EU affairs means more than knowing institutions – it’s about navigating pressure, building trust, and making your voice heard across cultures, power structures and shifting priorities.
This two-day course equips you with policy insights, leadership strategies and practical tools to grow your impact and confidence – even without formal authority.
What you will learn
Throughout the two days, we will address key challenges faced by professionals in EU-related roles, including:
- Finding relevant information in a changing EU policy environment
- Bringing structure and focus to your policy engagement
- Handling challenging conversations with calm and confidence
- Stepping into informal leadership roles
- Charting your own EU career path with clarity
- Staying grounded under pressure
- Building relationships beyond transactional networking
You will leave with a set of methods and tools to help you structure your work, strengthen your leadership, and act with greater presence and confidence – even in fast-paced or uncertain settings.

The workshop is delivered by an experienced team of professionals combining EU policy expertise, coaching, and corporate leadership experience.

The session is tailored to your personal goals and will be prepared using a short intake questionnaire.
