Workshop: Understanding the basics of EU secondary legislation – Delegated and implementing acts
About the Course
Participants will learn about the key concepts and practical use of EU secondary legislation. Most binding EU rules are adopted through delegated and implementing acts, shaping crucial decisions across sectors. In the coming years, many such acts will be needed to implement legislation from the Von der Leyen I Commission and the Green Deal. How are these acts adopted? What is the balance of power, and how can you engage effectively in this process?
The course provides clear examples and practical tools to help you navigate and influence this essential part of EU decision-making.
