EU Skills & Leadership Power: new workshop!

On 4&5th November 2025, our team delivered a brand-new workshop, designed to bring together EU expertise and leadership training.

Our team of participants

Instead of treating institutional knowledge and leadership as separate topics, the programme brings them together to show how strategy, self leadership and communication shape your professional activities in the EU landscape.

Participants explored core EU processes alongside practical tools for strategic thinking and leadership. This mix helped them step back from day-to-day files and see how their own approach, clarity and communication style can make a difference.

We're delighted with the first edition and its strong engagement, and we look forward to offering future sessions for EU professionals who want to strengthen both their EU expertise and their leadership practice.
